Emma qualified from UCD in 2014 and gained experience in small animal practice in Northern Ireland and the UK before joining MyVet in 2018. She has always had a love of dentistry and joined the Myvet Dental team in 2022. Emma gained a certificate in Small Animal Dentistry and Orofacial Surgery in 2025 through Harper Adam's University. She now sees a broad range of referral patients and has a particular interest in treating feline chronic gingivitis and canine chronic ulcerative stomatitis cases.

In 2026 Emma was appointed Head of Service for the dental department and is responsible for managing the referral service. She is a point of contact for referring vets and is passionate about improving and growing the service alongside the rest of the team.
