Established in 2008 when Nuala Moriarty joined the family business and we opened our clinic in Old Bawn. We soon outgrew our premises and moved to a larger space in Firhouse in 2012.

Word has spread and our team of vets and nurses (and their pets) have grown further. We are now known as MyVet Firhouse.

Originally Hermitage Vet Clinic, this site opened in 2005 by vet Liam Moriarty. Since then, we have significantly increased our team of caring vets and nurses as well as our facilities.

We have also completed a new veterinary hospital next door to our original site which opened in June 2019. We have also added a CT scanner in 2020.

Established in 2012 – we were noticing a significant number of clients from Maynooth were visiting our vet clinic in Lucan. We decided it was time to open a new vet clinic in Maynooth.

A conversation between Liam and John Twomey, college friend and Maynooth native resulted in the establishment of Carton Veterinary Clinic – now known as MyVet Maynooth. MyVet Maynooth was refurbished and extended in 2021.

Opening in September 2024! Our brand new clinic is an exciting addition to our MyVet family and we cannot wait to meet you!
