European Diplomate in Small Animal Surgery

We are delighted to welcome Diplomate Surgeon Sacha Devereux to our surgical referral team.

Sacha graduated from University College Dublin in 2016 before completing a rotating internship at the University of Saskatchewan in Canada. She then went on to undertake a small animal surgery internship at Cornell University, USA, followed by a surgical residency at Massey University in New Zealand.

In February 2023, Sacha successfully passed her board examinations, becoming a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Surgery (DECVS) in Small Animal Surgery.

Prior to returning to Ireland in December 2023, Sacha held the position of Senior Lecturer and Specialist Surgeon at Massey University, where she was actively involved in advanced clinical practice, teaching, and training of residents and veterinary students.
