MVB, MS, DECVS European Diplomate Small Animal Surgery, DACVS-SA American Diplomate Small Animal Surgery.

We are delighted to have diplomate surgeon Ciarán Jones leading our Surgical referral service. Ciarán qualified from UCD in 2014 and undertook a three-year masters and surgical residency at Washington State University. Following this Ciarán become a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgery (DACVS) in Small Animal Surgery and a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Surgery (DECVS) in Small Animal Surgery in 2019 and is recognised specialist surgeon of the Veterinary Council of Ireland and European Board of Veterinary Specialist. Ciarán will lead the surgical team at MyVet, who accept soft tissue, orthopaedic and neurology referrals at our Lucan facility.
