Lead Nurse

Shona is a veterinary nurse who graduated from DKIT in 2021, and has been working with the team at MyVet Lucan since 2023. Shona is proud to be one of the Lead Primary Care Veterinary Nurses on our team, and Shona has a real interest in emergency and critical care, as well as internal medicine nursing, She loves getting stuck into cases to keep learning and building skills.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Shona playing video games, spending time with her husband, or planning her next tattoo. At home, Shona has a little black cat called Raven who definitely loves her… even if she looks permanently furious in every photo.

Fun fact: Shona has a twin sister who’s also a veterinary nurse, so it clearly runs in the family!
