Computerised Records
All treatments your pet receives at our clinic are recorded on our system. This information is entirely confidential. Accurate, easy to read clinical records help us to monitor your pets health. A good history is often very important in diagnosing and treating disease. We can easily track what problems your pet has had, which treatments were effective.
X-ray and Ultrasound
We use x-rays and ultrasound can often be helpful to find out what is wrong with your pet. We use them to assess limbs, as well as the heart , lungs and abdominal organs.
Laboratory
This covers a wide range of services we provide. We often use blood tests to assess patients suitability for anaesthetic or for certain medications. We will also test blood for sick animals, to check for hormone conditions as well as to check allergies. We often analyse urine to help us diagnose problems. We provide a wide range of skin tests also. A lot of tests are performed with our own lab equipment and blood testing machines. We also have a courier call to our clinic every day to collect and samples to send to external laboratories. In many cases we get our results e-mailed back to us within 24 hours.
Surgery
We have a dedicated room for surgery and anaesthetics. All operations are carried out under sterile conditions with supervised anaesthetics.
Dental
We have an air driven dental station for descaling and polishing and extracting teeth. Dental care is very important part of caring for pets, particularly older patients.
Kennels
We have stainless steel Shorline kennels. These are clean, comfortable and secure kennels where we house in patients.
Shop
We provide a wide range of pet foods, accessories, flea and worm treatments, shampoos, ear cleaners, furball treatments, bowls, beds, toys and treats.
Air Conditioning
Waiting rooms, consultation rooms and kennels have air conditioning for the comfort of you and your pets.
Free car parking
Both our clinics have free car parking available at all times.
